By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

GENERAL

▵Please include visual references and a good description.

▵Please write in a clear and nice manner.

▵I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, please don’t take it personally.

▵I can draw OCs, fanart, stylistic portraits.

▵I won’t draw: furries, NSFW, animals

▵Opening 3 slots ONLY as of now

PAYMENT

▵All payments should be in USD or SGD. Via Paypal/ Ko-fi / paynow

▵All payments should be made through the invoice method. I will invoice you.

▵Payment must be made within 48 hours of invoice receipt, or your commission will be voided

▵Contact me if you have sudden financial issues, do not ghost

▵Prices are non-negotiable

▵All commissions require payment upfront.

PROCESS

▵After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch, for you to make adjustments. I will show you the work process through email a few times until completion.

▵Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose), I may charge a 25% extra.

▵image is usually 300 dpi, delivered in PNG file format unless you ask otherwise. I will send you a full resolution artwork and a smaller web version that you can post online if you want.

▵The commission may take up to 1-4 weeks. If delays arise, you will be notified

▵I will upload it to google drive and email you the link

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

▵Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use is allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use. Contact me for commercial use.

▵You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

▵By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork.

▵I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

REFUNDS / CANCELLING

▵If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will ve refunded 45% of what you've paid.

▵If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketching stage, there will be no refund.

▵You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason or if I’m unable to finish the commission.

▵This document can and will be edited at any time without the need for further notice.
